We, here define some necessary terms and conditions with which we supply any of the products display on our website. Products are those which we sell to you either over the phone or through our website.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order for any of the products from our website. When you place an order for any of the products from our website, it is considered you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions given on this page.

We reserve the right to reject your order for our product/products at any time for any reason. In this instance the order shall be refunded in full to the account from where the original purchase was made and can take 3-5 working days to be processed through the bank. An email notification will be sent to the email address on the order to confirm the credit refund.

All the measurements relating to the products are estimated, colour of any furniture put on show on our website may differ from the product’s true colour due to the settings of your computer monitor.

All products are sold depend on its availability, if the products are in stock or, if they are not in stock, you are happy with the estimated lead time for delivery of your products.

Products listed on our website will have their availability and estimated lead time for delivery stated. However, any such time-scale is only an estimate. If the products you have ordered are in stock.

Once we have route your order, we shall contact you by telephone and/or email to pose a delivery date. If you need to change the date of a delivery for any of the reasons, after we have confirmed the date to you by email, this must be done at least 72 hours before the date of delivery or we reserve the right to charge you both the delivery and collection charges relevant to your products to cover the cost of cancellation.

Products

Your order represents an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm your order to you by sending you an email. We will confirm that the product has been dispatched to you for delivery in the process.

The agreement between us will only be formed when we send you this verification of dispatch and will only relate to those products which are listed in such verification of dispatched products.

If we are not been able to accept your order you make (for example, a product may be out of stock) we shall send you an email to confirm.

We will send your product once all items are in stock. We use different 3rd party courier networks to tender the most viable rate available.

If we have insufficient stock to complete your order, you will be contacted by a customer service spokesperson to place an option item of the similar value or a refund of the out of stock item(s).

Payment

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, your order will not be accepted and Atharva Enterprise will not be responsible for any stoppage or non-delivery.

We hold right to collect and utilize your individual data. By using the Atharva Enterprise online website you consent to such collection and processing and you agree that all data provided by you is accurate.

We are not under any obligation to provide the product to you at the mistaken, lower price, even after we have sent you dispatch verification, if the error in pricing is noticeable and unmistakable, it could have sensibly been recognized by you as a mispricing. If we do refuse your order we shall warn you of this by email and shall refund any payment taken from you, to the card on which payment was taken from you, as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of our notification of rejection of your order.

Atharva Enterprise shall have no responsibility to you for any stoppage to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible in such an event is made aware to us.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. In the event that your access to this website is constrained or terminated, these Terms & Conditions still apply.
